- Account data: your name and email address when you register.
- Message data: scheduled messages, recipients, and send history — stored to deliver the service.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as page views and feature usage, collected in aggregate.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card or payment details.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
- We do not read your message content except to deliver it as scheduled.
- We do not serve ads — not in the extension, not in the dashboard.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to provide and improve WASchedule: delivering your scheduled messages, sending account and billing notifications, and diagnosing technical issues. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which permanently removes all associated data within 30 days.
Third Parties
We use a small number of trusted services to operate WASchedule: Stripe and PayPal for payments, Amazon SES for transactional email, and standard cloud infrastructure. None of these parties have permission to use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies, no third-party ad cookies.
