By using WASchedule you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The Service
WASchedule is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that lets you schedule WhatsApp messages. We provide the scheduling infrastructure; your WhatsApp account remains entirely your own.
Your Account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use WASchedule to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who haven't consented to receive them.
- Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or any illegal material.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise compromise the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed at waschedule.com/#pricing. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but we'll always try to be reasonable if something went wrong on our end.
Free Plan
The free plan is provided as-is with a limit of 15 scheduled messages per month. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with 30 days notice.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. Scheduled messages depend on your browser and WhatsApp Web being accessible. We are not liable for missed messages caused by network issues, WhatsApp outages, or browser limitations.
Intellectual Property
WASchedule, its design, and its code are owned by WASchedule. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission. Your message content remains entirely yours.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WASchedule is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
